I am running windows 7 in some form on all of the computers,
home premium or Pro, and some with Norton and some with
Mcafee, and one with trend micro and there has never been a
problem with these other systems.
The author of the program says that the the current (last few)
versions of easypal are designed to run under windows 7,
vista, and xp only, 32 and 64 bit.
I was able to run the norton removal tool and that did not change
anything, for I got the same error in the same spot upon trying to
install the program.
The compatibility mode tool did not find anything wrong.
I don't know if I made it clear but program will not install and no
trace of it can be found on the system or in the registry. I never
get the chance to try and run the program as such on this
system.
I don't know if this would help but I could email the author and
ask for a copy of the source code. I would need a direct email
address so i could forward a copy of the source code to you.
