Instructions:
Step 1: Install the Halo CE 1.00 from the download provided.
Step 2: Install the 1.0.10 patch. (This patch removes ALL requirements for a cd being in the tray. You used to have to keep the cd in the tray.)
Step 3: Go into the game's root directory and look for the folder call redist. You will need to install the file called 'msxmlenu.exe' from within this folder. The reason for this is because the chat/killfeed within game will NOT show properly without it.
Step 4: Extract the release.zip from earlier into it's own folder and then move it's contents into the folder labelled 'controls' within the root folder for Halo Custom Edition. (This will enable HAC2 and enable the following features: Auto-Download of Maps*, Favoriting of Maps/Quick Join, HUD customization, FOV fix, and SightJacker.)

Note: I did not address the need for a cd-key. You can use ANY cd-key you find to install and play on my server. I have removed the cd-key auth check for this purpose. This DOES NOT mean you can play on ALL Halo CE servers using a key you found in a keygen.
