Alternate costumes

Successfully complete all gladiator challenges to unlock a gorilla costume for Agrippa. Additionally, keep buying items from merchants to eventually unlock various costumes and hair for Octavianus: Onion Head (after five items are bought), Pansa Robe (after ten items are bought), Splitting Headache (after twenty items are bought), and the Chameleon Suit (after all items are bought).

Hard mode

Successfully complete all normal events to unlock Hard mode.

Extreme mode

Successfully complete all hard events to unlock Extreme mode.

Armor upgrades

Armor upgrades are awarded when you pass 300,000 Salvo points (Fortus Rex) and 800,000 Salvo points (Talon Aegis).

Hiding levels

With Octavianus, on almost all levels where you must hide from Roman guards, one of them will have a 'Gold fortune coin' on him. In each case, remember that if you just walk away a door that makes the game load for the next scene, everything will be reset to what it was when you just arrived the first time, except for the fortune coins. This is useful if you are being pursued and do not know where to go, or if you used too much jug and are not able to strike the guards that you need to. Also, if you strike someone and a guard or maid heard it, take the uniform of the person you just struck and walk through the one that is coming. He or she will see you and forget the sound that he heard. Then, get out of his or her sight and they will return to whatever they were doing. You will then be able to hide the body in peace, taking all the time you want.

Successfully complete all gladiator challenges to unlock a gorilla costume for Agrippa.

  • Armor Upgrade 1

Earn 300,000 Salvo points by playing through many battles. The points are cumulative. You will be given a strong helmet and arm bracer at the start of every battle from now on.

You will obtain yet another armor upgrade after gaining 800,000 Salvo points.

  • Getting Gold Fortune Coins

During the stealth segments, rare coins can be discovered. Octavianus can find one Gold Fortune coin on the final guard in any given location. To obtain it, you must disable every opponent in the given area first. The last man you search (with the Circle button) will yield this rare coin!

  • Unlock special costumes and haircuts for octavianus

When you buy a certain amount of items from the vendors in the city gates area, you are given special items delivered to your house as Octavianus. You can access all of these by selecting them from your dresser.
Chameleon suit - Buy all items from all vendors
Crew Cut - Given from start
Mr. Onion Head - Buy at least 5 items
Pansa's Robe - Buy at least 10 items
Splitting Head Ache - Buy at least 20 items

  • Vitality Opponent Gauge

Get bronze in all Extreme gladitorial events. It's visible if 'ON' is selected.

  • Weapons Cache

In the Syracuse prison 2nd floor, there are two wooden crates that contains a two-handed weapon, as well as a one handed weapon. These are only there when you play as Agrippa when you are exiting the prison. The boxes are in a hole on the rock side of the pathway.
